  • A copyright is a form of protection in the U.S. constitution and by law for original works and expression.

  • The copyright protects original works of people such as literacy, dramatic, musical, and artistic works.

3)How is a copyright different from a patent or a trademark?
  •  A patent protects inventions or discoveries. A trademark protects words, phrases, symbols, or designs.

4)When is my work protected?
  • My work is protected in the moment it is created.

  • No , I don't have to register in general registration is voluntary.

6)Why should I register my work if copyright protection is automatic?
  • I should registered works may be eligible for any damages and fees.

  •  A poor man's copyright is the practice of sending a copy of your own work to yourself.

  • The copytright in united states has relations with most countries throughout the world, the united states does not have such copyright relationships with every country.
